Under Contract....

Big Daddy Barr here announcing that we are officially under contract to buy a house. We are so excited!!!! It is in Willard School District, actually we can see the elementary school from our front yard and the girls can walk, it is only about 250 yards door to door! We are so excited. If all goes as planned we will close on the 30th of Sept. and we don't have to be out of the apartment till the 28th of October so we won't have to rush and our first house payment won't be due till November which means no double house payment/rent months!..God is good! We are so excited. Here is a little photo:

We'll keep you updated on the dream. Oh yeah, If you are reading this you should probably start stretching so you are ready to help us move in October! By reading this blog you are bound under contract to help! I probably should have put that first, oops! Take care and love you all
