Memories lost

So, if my memory card had been where it was supposed to be (in my camera) instead of stuck in my laptop, you would be looking at adorable pictures of Gracie and Michaela helping Daddy shovel the driveway. I think they did more playing than anything, but they all had a good time regardless. This was Day #2 that we have been stuck at home. Monday afternoon the sleet started. Tuesday school was cancelled, today my Bible study was called off, and we finally got the call this evening that school is cancelled again tomorrow. We need to get out of this house though so we may be making a trip to the library tomorrow to play. It is very close to our house. But, we have played with all of our toys several times, dressed up in dressed up clothes, read a whole slew of books, and have spend at LOT of time together.
And my girls have been just perfect through it all.
*There has certainly not been any incidents involving a jumbo-sized bag of tortilla chips being spilled and shattered all over our kitchen floor.
*There is definetly not a handprint in ink on our expensive leather couch along with a matching one on the side of the bookcase.
*There was certainly not a child that got into the bathtub fully clothed and turned on the water. Nope, not in this house.
*There was certainly no cold pizza served for breakfast one day instead of the regular eggs and oatmeal. I mean, really, what kind of mother would I be?

Now, I just wonder what tomorrow's snow day will bring? Maybe some melting? :)
Time to get the girls down for bed so we can watch LOST!! Have a great evening!
